Ordered a foot long sub to be shared with my wife. Asked to have it cut in half and toast one half only to be informed that I'd have to be charged for 2 six inch subs as opposed to 1 foot long sub. This was after waiting in line for 10 minutes because they only had one person working. When the person wouldn't relent, I walked out of the restaurant and went to Firehouse subs across the street.
