I'm so tired of this place not honoring coupons and deals that are offered through the subway "club" app. In addition LEARN HOW TO SMILE. Rude, no manners, miserable looks as if my business is an inconvenience. Also quality of food is poor. Veggies are not fresh, subcrunch is stale, and they do their best to skimp out when filling the bread. Better off driving to a different location or just going somewhere else entirely.
I had a coupon for a $6.99 footlong sub that was not honored, supposedly because I ordered a turkey sub. Nowhere on the coupon does it say that turkey is excluded, only festive turkey, which is a different thing altogether. Feels like I was scammed out of 5 bucks. Separate issue, but the sandwich was also put together rather haphazardly and with little care.
