Amazing axpirians.
I frequent this place often. I paid with a $20 bill my total was $15.70 was handed over $2 in quarters back for change... Then I asked if I could have a cup for ice (I bought bottled soda) . Grabbed a cup and was screamed at in front of everyone to pay extra, I said sure no problem how much, proceeded to charge me for a full soda. I said no thanks. I come here once to twice a week and feel absolutely humiliated. Will not return after that experience.
I'm so tired of this place not honoring coupons and deals that are offered through the subway "club" app. In addition LEARN HOW TO SMILE. Rude, no manners, miserable looks as if my business is an inconvenience. Also quality of food is poor. Veggies are not fresh, subcrunch is stale, and they do their best to skimp out when filling the bread. Better off driving to a different location or just going somewhere else entirely.
