Two separate issues made this a very frustrating experience. First, they don’t answer the phone, which makes it nearly impossible to address any problems with an order. Second, they continue accepting online orders for items they don’t actually have. I ordered a sub with flatbread, and they accepted the order only for me to find out they were out of flatbread. Very disappointed, went in at 4:35. As I was walking in I saw they were advertising buy one footlong get one half off on Wednesdays after 4 pm. I asked for my sandwiches and Told the worker and he called the owner and she advised him not to honor it and to take the stickers off because there was another one right by the register. Said that they were not a part of that promotion. Well why advertise it in the first place?
did not appreciate the worker’s wired headphone falling into my sandwich as she was prepping it. also grabbing her phone with the same gloves she used to grab my sandwich.
