I understand the intent behind the new kiosk, but it brings an all time low to customer service. I had to order a footlong just to get the type of sandwich I wanted. Then, I couldn't just buy the sandwich. The kiosk would not let me move on until I purchased a chip and drink combo too. Manager tried to help, but every option she gave me was to buy a sandwich that was more expensive then the one I wanted and they would change things behind the counter to make it work. Only giving 5 stars because of star worker Eshaal Nadeem. I love going to subway for lunch just because of Eshal Nadeem, her conversational skills are beyond exceptional. Her work ethic is staggering and mesmerizing. I admire her outfits and hair, I am surprised it does not end up in the food she makes. Give deserves a raise. Woman is single handedly carrying the organization. I want her to run for the district head of subway. Masha Allah sister.
The people working there are nice and helpful and the food is as usual, but my God do not order from GrubHub. It claims that the order will be done in around 15 minutes, and it will even show that the order is completely done as well. In reality, it is never done by then. I had to wait 45 minutes from ordering before it was actually done.
As a student at usm, I understand it can get packed. But when the grubhub order says there’s “three people” in line, I assume I can order and eat before my class. I waited in like for 30 minutes after grubhub said it was ready on the app, only to watch my half made sandwich sit on the counter for 20 minutes. I couldn’t even eat before my lab. I had to wait 3 hours for me to eat my lunch, which I was told I would be able to eat at least 30 minutes before. But don’t get me wrong, the workers are sweet.
Just Grubhubed an order and they put none of the veggies or sauce I asked for. They literally just gave me meat and cheese and charged me $23 for it
