Worst experience ever not in a proper dress and he asked me to wait 15 mins even there was no one just me and he asked me to wait I went 3:30 am in the morning

Night staff need to get off their phones & acknowledge when a customer comes in. I was waiting alone for a long time whilst hearing all the videos they were scrolling through coming from the back. And why do all the staff Day & Night always have airpods in, then constantly ask us to repeat ourselves because they can't hear us properly?? TAKE OUT YOUR MUSIC MAYBE??? So rude! It's a shame. The food is great! But the service really takes away from the business & overall experience.
