Night staff need to get off their phones & acknowledge when a customer comes in. I was waiting alone for a long time whilst hearing all the videos they were scrolling through coming from the back. And why do all the staff Day & Night always have airpods in, then constantly ask us to repeat ourselves because they can't hear us properly?? TAKE OUT YOUR MUSIC MAYBE??? So rude! It's a shame. The food is great! But the service really takes away from the business & overall experience.
Ordered a rotisserie foot long, staff kept asking what I wanted at every station, he obviously had no idea what the standard menu fillings are.
