Visited this Subway yesterday and had a very disappointing experience. The two staff members working appeared unfriendly and unwelcoming throughout my order. The amount of salad added to my sandwich was extremely minimal, and I felt as though every ingredient was being rationed unnecessarily. While preparing my order, one staff member repeatedly exchanged looks and made faces towards her colleague, which made me feel uncomfortable and as though I was being mocked. Just visited this branch. Incredibly rude staff needs more training in customer talking and how to heat up food ! What questions to ask to customers? Needs all sort of training. Will never visit this branch again. People just to save time please get the sandwich from woollies, much better with experience.
Worst experience ever with subway. Staff was not responding properly and after asking many times for ingredients they made me a worst sandwich without proper ingredients what I paid for..... Pathetic service on 21 may 2026 6:30 pm
