tables and seats were dirty and staff were a bit off. we changed or mind on a topping and they just threw it halfway across all the trays. an almost certain way for cross contamination. but overall good taste
Worst experience ever. Server doesn’t know which options are gluten free. Straight away saying, it’s not her responsibility to know gluten allergic options. Complaining me to being mean. Everyone comes for good food and service. If that’s how ur staff handling customers then I feel bad for your business. Other thing please reach them to count cash.
Very disappointing experience at this Subway store. We placed an order at 7:29 pm for pickup at 8:00 pm, but the order was only ready at 8:17 pm, which caused us to miss our train. On top of that, none of the five subs were labelled, so it was impossible to know which one was which. We also ordered combo meals but received the wrong drink flavours. Poor organisation and service. Definitely needs improvement.
Replacing my mat and rye bread on my vegan sub with an Italian herb and cheese was a bad move😭
Update 10/02/2026 - DONT eat here. I previously gave it 4 stars but now Id never come back and advise you not to 🤢 The person who served me was in the middle of an uber eats order and never changed his disposable gloves between going out into the common restaurant and opening the shop door gathering millions of germs before serving me and grabbing my bread.
