This place lost me today. Service was good, ingredients serve size was reasonable, BUT the bread was not fresh. If I had it toasted, I wouldn't have noticed.

Disastrous in-store service. One person doing the job and he’s continuously getting online orders and not bothered to serve people in front of him. After waiting for 20 mins (being the first in queue), I finally got the privilege to get my order started. Should have chosen fine dining options if I had to wait that long.

There was 1 staff member who was making each persons sub one at a time, but she was nice and friendly so it’s okay. For some reason she said the beetroot cost extra to get which confuses me as I’ve genuinely been to about 30 different subway locations in my life and they’ve never ever charged extra for beetroot.

i asked for single serve of chicken . she asked for $3 extra charges but then she denied to serve it separately.... n we call subway is a clean food can order how we want ..lol what a bulshit service by manager .... really disappointed she want me to order bread also the ln she can serve. what a trap , not serving what customers actually need .. they want to sell what they want to ...
