I never have a good experience here. I came here years ago and got stale bread and expired chips. I worked at subway 10 years ago and we were always told to throw out old bread/chips. I made the mistake of returning today, only because other locations won't take the coupon, and my foot long sandwich wound up being 8 inches today. I call up there, and they say okay bring it back and I had to wait for their manager to show up to resolve the issue. Turns out, the girl was new and used a WRAP instead of a flatbread. I prepaid for a sub online. They did not have lettuce. They would not refund my money. Told me to contact customer service Subway does not have a way to contact customer service on their website. Worst service ever. I rarely complain about a restaurant but Subway is pathetic.
None of these subway locations honor the coupons and always try to screw ya! Watch out.
