I really like the vibe of the place, The people are funny and friendly. My sandwiches are made fast and delicious, the cookies are also fantastic. It’s a bit pricey but still good

Horrible customer service. The lady working on July 4th was rude. She called my mom a liar. When asked who the owner is she refused to give the info & said the owner wouldn't believe her anyway. She remade one sandwich, but refused to remake all of them... even after telling my mom she would on the phone. I heard her say "I made them. They are not wrong." Do not recommend going there! Horrible!

Sadly the NO service made me turn right around and walk out. My husband and I walked in and a girl came out she never greeted us we stood there by the counter. A young man came out and said nothing to us either. I almost asked them to let me know when they were ready to take my order . We turned around and went elsewhere. Don’t believe in giving my hard earned money to not even be acknowledged, not to mention the tip jar you see! Jimmy John’s is way better anyways!
