One star for terrible service and unauthorized charges. We were charged for an extra sandwich we never received, and the footlong we did get was missing ingredients, including bacon. Staff refused an immediate refund and told us to come back. After multiple return visits, the manager is still never available to fix their mistake. Check your receipts carefully here.
