We went through the drive-thru and ordered a toasted footlong sub and a small personal pizza. An employee by the name of Crow was friendly and took our order and payment at the window. My receipt said 3:31 and 10 minutes go by waiting for the food. A different employee is filling up a drink by this same pickup window, and he looks directly at me, so I’m assuming they might be busy inside but he does not give an update. Just get your sándwich and leave
I was having car issues monday morning in the parking lot and an employee came out because she saw that I was upset. She gave me water and a cookie and made me feel totally safe and welcomed. I really appreciated this gesture.
Everything was light on all 3 of our orders. 2 cuccumbers and 1 tomato on the whole sub? The salad was missing stuff......subs were not toasted. Drive thru not recommended. No napkins. Go inside n watch them make your food.
