I placed an order through the app for this store, I tried to cancel the order after I saw the Google listing said they are temporary closed. I had already paid for the food to be picked up, but no one answered the phone. The food wasn’t made yet I was still charged on my account. I think I’m just gonna continue using Jimmy John’s. I’m not happy with the service.
The restaurant was very clean and well-kept, and the staff very kind and courteous. They clearly care about their job, the restaurant, and the customer. What more could you ask for?
