Had a long horrible day. Drove my bicycle to Old Saybrook to secure a hacked bank account. Actually got a ride back to Scotch Plains Tavern by the Awesome police force in Old Saybrook. These guys are great! Ended up at Essex Plaza across from the minivan which currently is my mode de transport. Stopping at this Subway was nothing short of amazing. Ordered a turkey bacon n avocado n got home to eat no avocado that's why I ordered it.
Super friendly, always has parking available - I’ve come here regularly since moving to town in 2020 and they helped me out big time recently when I placed an order on DoorDash (need to stop doing that) and canceled it by accident. DoorDash only refunded me $7 of the $50 order. They still made the sandwiches for me. Thank you 🙏
