Glenn is literally the best Subway employee I've ever seen!
I had a great experience at Subway today! The three employees working at the front were absolutely fantastic. Even though it was busy, they stayed friendly, professional, and efficient the entire time. They worked really well together as a team, kept the line moving quickly, and made sure every order was made perfectly. It’s clear they care about customer service and take pride in their work. Thank you for the excellent service — I’ll definitely be coming back! They smiled every time someone is coming at front.
Brutal service
BEWARE! We were passing through Vernon on our way home from camping last summer and pre-ordered (and paid) through the app. When we arrived, our order was not ready as they said their system was down. That was fine, but when I showed them our order on our phone and that it had been paid for, they still refused to make it! Their manager assured us we would receive a refund. We never did.
