The staff doesn’t understand what we’re asking for and they’re very rude, they refuse to listen and I feel scammed, half the ingredients aren’t available and they don’t bother to tell you until after the sandwich is made
People that work here don't know the menu. Ordered a 6 in and they gave me a foot long. Had to read out menu for them.
Today I went there for my half hour break for lunch. The Cashier and other employees barely spoke English. So when I paid with Apple Pay, an error occurred on Subways end but money was taken out of my account. Still the Cashier double charged me for a large Cheesey Garlic Steak and cheese 13.99 the first time and then 16.69 the second time and both times the money came out of my account.
