Subs were just about empty...Not like it use to be...It was more bread than anything...Toppings spread out thin. Meat and cheese was less to none. This was my last time eating at Subway... A footlong combo and a 6-in sub and there was hardly any meat on either of the sandwich

Terrible customer service staff has no idea what they are doing
I placed an order online, but upon arriving at the store, staff claimed they hadn’t received it—even though my app, email confirmation, and debit transaction clearly showed it was placed at this location. The staff were unhelpful and left me waiting nearly an hour before even attempting to reach the manager, who never responded. Frustrated and hungry, I had to place another order. This location shows extremely poor customer service and needs a manager who will actually step up when issues arise.
For some reason...they NEVER PUT NAPKINS IN THE BAG along side the sandwich! When i worked at subway years ago...that was a MUST! NOW I HAVE MAYO AND OIL ALL OVER MY CLOTHES AND CAR!.THANKS SUBWAY!
