We always use coupons and they have always been accepted. The bread, meat, cheese, and toppings always fresh. The staff is always courteous and consistent in assembling subs. They must be well trained, and I credit that to the manager/owner
As the review below states, if you use a coupon for your order that old geezer that works there will purposely make it wrong. It's not your customers fault the app and website allows coupons. Just retire already.
I love Subway, but I hate this location. I’ve been to this location a few times, and the older man working (who I believe is actually the owner or manager) is very cantankerous and stingy. He HATES accepting coupons, but today I ordered on the app for pickup, so the coupon automatically accepted. He intentionally made my order incorrect, and when i asked him kindly to correct it please- he directly told me that he did that because I used a coupon, and that if I “could read,” I would know they do not accept coupons.
