Subway was the real Hero of the day on my visit to Canada’s Wonderland. It was my first visit to the park during the winter wonderland festival, having worked at Cedar Point the previous summer. The park closed an hour early without any advance warning and all of the restaurants in the park were closing before 8 PM and before anyone even knew that the park itself was going to close early. If i could give 0 star i would do that for sure. The staff doesn’t care if there’s someone waiting to order she was busy on her phone we had to call her out ??? Is this called customer service. She was so rude to us . And the food was dead cold. I paid 23$ for a sub ….. and still didn’t get something.

Lady says next in line then as i walk up to the window she walks away, then she comes backs and goes “what do you want” in such a rude tone, then as shes making my sub she makes a different sub at the same time with the same gloves, as she’s making the other sandwich as im waiting she drops a piece of meat on the dirty counter and proceeds to put it back in the sandwich. As i pay i read the machine and it says 32.01$ and all i bought was a 12 inch sub and 2 cookies. Horrible horrible subway
If you are in dining plan they force you on limited menu.after a line for 45 min. I surprised by this limited menu. I asked why there is no chicken sandwich on the list as my girls do not like other options. The answer from cashier girl was because it is expensive!!! Not a good choice for dinning plan.
