I paid for a steak bowl, but was charged for a southwest bowl when I did not take any avocados. As the other reviewers have said, the customer service is terrible. Try to avoid it and just walk to the dollar store or the longos nearby and get your food from there. In a hospital, people are already stressed, the staff at the food court should be helpful and trying to make things a little bit better for everyone that comes there. Eating here Just made me sad.
Got the wrong order for most of the people I was with they were so unorganized I didn't see them with hair nets you can't understand what they're saying and my sandwich was wrapped horribly

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Your posted closing time is 8:00 PM. We arrived at 7:55 PM. The staff take orders from the customers in front of us, only to then refuse to serve us because they had decided they were "closed." If you close at 8:00 PM, then you serve customers until 8:00 PM. If your staff want to leave earlier, change your posted hours or find employees willing to do the job they were hired to do.
