Honestly a terrible establishment, went there to get my food that I ordered online but when i got there they took at least 20 min to make it. When i got there the worker that was serving me had an attitude and was acting like i was committing a crime from ordering food from the place she worked at. Customer service was crap from all the employees including their supervisor. The employees where reaching g over each other to grab the ingredients for the subs just making a mess, not organized at all.
Really really TERRIBLE service from the old lady with messy hair that works there. I ordered a footlong and then asked prices for the drinks and she was really rude. I ordered a small drink and she charged me then walked away and started talking to the other worker and didn’t even give me my cup for a drink. How is this place even open? I wish I knew the employee’s name, but the sloppy uniform she was wearing didn’t even have a name tag. The middle-aged, heavy-set blonde working there desperately needs basic customer service training. She doesn’t greet customers, doesn’t acknowledge anyone, and will literally stand behind the counter staring blankly while people wait to be helped. Went to get a salad, and sandwich, white girl was rude, making faces and being lazy. Said they had no tomatoes or onions and would be a while before she could have any ready. Poor service, The older gentleman was working and moving around more than her. SMH .
