While the teenage boy making the sandwich was very polite, the franchise owner was extremely rude!! When I tipped 10% on a $9 sandwich, he looked at my 20 year old daughter and asked me arrogantly "has your granddaughter given you a lot of trouble". For context, I'm 50 and I have attached a recent pic of us. I don't think I look like her grandmother!?!! I come just about every weekday for lunch. The staff is usually very polite and recognizes by name and order. The store is always clean, bread is always fresh.
Did an online order for my girlfriend and I, picked it up. They messed up both of our breads and didn't toast my sandwich.
Attempted to order from here. I wanted to get a toasted flatbread, traditionally not an issue as I have ordered this way for years. Employee said that she can't possibly do it and that the flatbread would crack... either the flatbread is stale enough to crack or she didn't want to make it (as this has NEVER been an issue prior). To Jimmy Johns we go.
