I called to ask if I left my purse there & this Asian guy on the phone kept telling me to download the app & do this & that. How do I download the app to find my purse? He was so rude & just kept ending the call on me. Will never come to subway again. I think they might’ve took my purse with the way they were acting & not answering my question. & the way he kept ending the call was rude & he probably stole my purse. The Asian guy working there he answered the call and was really passive aggressive and rude and lowkey did not speak English and was being slow

Horrible service would never come to this location.
A secret Tip was added to my total without an option to change or completely remove. Very shady tactic. Corporate would not like this! This whole tipping culture has gotten out of hand.
