worst customer service, doesn't even pick up the phone half the time
Location is convenient and seems clean. However, there are clearly some issues with the customer service. Ordered for pickup through the app and they got the bread wrong, and gave less than requested for amount of toppings. I left feedback via Subway’s website, and it seems like someone from their store has reached out to me shortly afterwards with the following email. I placed an order online today because there was a promotion that said 20% off subway sandwich’s when ordering online. I ordered 2 footlong sandwiches and 1 6in sandwich and a churro. My total was 27.32. I paid through Apple Pay and looking at my charges it said it was approved but I didn’t get an order number or receipt. So I decided to go in since I was parked outside.
