Stopped in to see what was new at Subway. I went later in the day and it was not that busy. I asked the staff member what was new and he gave me a few details on the new sandwiches available. The chicken, bacon, ranch was my first choice. The spicy Italian melt was my second 6-in sandwich. I liked being able to select the bread to be used. I think I will enjoy the Monterey cheddar with the CBR sub and the herb Italian with the hotshot Italian sub. I also ordered some potato chips. Disappointing customer service but sandwich was good. Employees seem unhappy.
Mari was very unprofessional and rude. From the start she was not friendly. While she was making my sandwich she stopped to fulfill an online order and kept me waiting. I went to pay and when I tried using a coupon she said they were not taking coupons because it was Easter, which doesn’t make any sense. She kept making excuses as to why she couldn’t take the coupon after going back and forth I decided to just get one item.
