I work nearby so this is a frequent lunch location for me. I have always had fast and friendly service.
Asked for a cup for just ice, clarified I wasn’t getting a drink and then realized I got charged $3… for ice.
Probably only food place on campus with friendly staff!
Never seen a staff get along like this before. Also the manager Jeremiah needs to be put up in corporate, he makes getting a sandwich enjoyable before you even eat the food.
One of the ladies working the condiments part of the line was being pretty rude and rushing the customers coming through, telling them things like "okay what else come on". I understand this is on a college campus but that is no excuse for poor customer service.
