My fiancé and I placed a pick up order on Thursday 6/12 at 8:52 pm. It told us the order would be ready by 9:10 so we made our way over there. Upon arriving at 9:12, my fiancé goes in to pick up our dinner. He was told they didn’t get to it yet and there’s a long line of people at the counter. There were two employees. Workers are nice but they’re always out of something….walked out with nothing.
I'm not sure what is going on at this store, but the decision to put Luz in charge as the leadership was the wrong choice. The lack of unprofessionalism is disturbing. Imagine being told the amount of a condiment that you are required to have on a sandwich that the customer is allowed to customize. It is literally my sandwich. One would almost think that the manager has never had a customer-facing position before and that the owners are just "trying her out" to see if she can do it. She can't.
