I rarely go out of my way to write a negative review, but my recent experience at this Smithtown location was genuinely disappointing and, frankly, concerning. Quality of Food & Drink The meal was subpar from the very first sip. I ordered a soda, but it was so poorly calibrated that it tasted like 70% plain water. Got Veg sandwich. The patty tasted bad. To make it worse the bread and tomatoes in the sandwich was old too. Definitely not going there again.
wow new owner and staff excellent
Service and staff is horrible. They don’t notify you if they don’t have what you ordered online until you get there. Most of the time they close Very early.
