I had an issue with Uber Eats about my sandwich not being toasted when i got it. Uber eats basically told me to pound salt. When I called the store, the gentleman working was very kind and gracious. He replaced my sandwich, apologized profusely and gave me a free cookie. I was very pleased with my experience and will continue to eat here, thank you for making things right so quickly.
Bad Service.
Walked in, waited 5-10 minutes for someone to come out from the back... But they were apparently too busy having a one-sided conversation, probably on the phone but too busy to acknowledge my presence regardless... So I walked out.
