I had a very unpleasant experience at this Subway and will not be returning. When I walked in, I was given permission by another employee to get water from the drink station. While I was doing that, this employee was having a side conversation with someone she was not even serving, and instead of greeting me or addressing me professionally, she yelled at me and said, “Next time you better ask me if you’re going to get water.” I was caught off guard because I had already been told it was okay. This location always has fresh ingredients and is always very clean. Linda works the night shift usually when I come in and I want the owner of this subway location to know how wonderful she is. I come here after working late sometimes and I always have the most pleasant experience ordering with her. She remembered my order by heart after my first time here and since then I only frequent this location because of her. Best customer service and it deserves to be praised! Subway, please review this franchisee.. If the female individual at the counter is the franchisee please terminate her contract! She is ruining your business. The amount of negative reviews on this particular individual is obcene. She is driving away countless amount of customers. I wanted to leave a good review for the gentleman who's a great employee and makes great sandwiches and has excellent customer service but please terminate this female/franchisee.
