Add ons like cheese and avocado are double the rate of most subways around here, and even asking for more of everything multiple times the sandwich still looks like it was made on starvation rations. Also, they pretended to be out of some of the ingredients until I told them that I was just going to go somewhere else, then suddenly they could get some more out of the back. 2nd worst subway I have ever been too, and I've been to probably a hundred of them all over the country.
Complete disappointment. Been a LONG time having Subway. Saw ad on television. Downloaded app. Ordered sub of the day and made it footlong. Asked for extra onion. Nope. Asked for extra lettuce. Nope. Don’t even bother wasting your time here. This is one of the worst shops in the area. We placed a mobile order last night and when we returned home they made all 4 of the subs THE SAME. We called immediately when we realized and am employee wanted us to come back in which it would’ve been closed by the time we got out there so he reprinted our receipt and left a note. I ordered on the app on my way to work one morning. When I got to work, on my lunch break, I saw that whole order was incorrect. I called the location and the employee was very rude when I informed them I couldn’t come back with the sandwiches to exchange so they can remake them. I offed photo proof and they admitted they had incorrectly made the order—putting in bacon in food when I had religious food restrictions. Super insensitive and I will avoid this location at all costs.
