Went in a few months ago and was ignored for 10 minutes, I started to order and then was told “ no bread”. Sandwich place with no bread??? I walked in today and again was ignored , the manager was yelling at the staff because they couldn’t make a pick up order alone. Manager had to remind the young lady to help me. The employees are very vengeful. They ignored me at the drive through and then when I came in they were visibly mad at me for wanting food. And then when I asked for the meal of the day, they made the wrong thing and tried to charge me for it. And then all of sudden the drink machine would not work. So they said I could not sub it out for a drink in the fridge without an upcharge. But still charged me for a full meal of the day. Now I know why this location has a 3.1 rating. Absolutely horrible customer service. I was never acknowledged even though I was standing right in front of the employee and she looked bothered that she was there. Owner seriously has to clean that place out. I walked out and left...
Only 1 employee on duty - really? Consequently your drive thru is unmanned. Plus your toaster oven is not operable ( at least according to your sign), and the beverage machine is not working. So what is the purpose for having a Sunland Park location?
