employees need to smile and not be so rude.
They changed what a wrap was. Used to be a spinach Buffalo or flour tortilla type wrap. Now it's the flat square wrap with stuff falling out the bottom when you eat. Lady tried correcting me that this new wrap / flat bread was the wrap. The picture changed on the site as well. Let's just replace them with firehouse subs.
This location is repeatedly only using half the serving sizes for meat given by corporate’s rules and advertising. They’ve even recently blocked the view of the preparation station so you can’t check the amount as it’s being made. Buyer beware!

Ordered a sandwich and was given this pitiful thing with only 2 slices of meat. Shrinkflation is getting way out of hand here!
