It's Subway, and don't get me wrong, Subway's food is amazing, but this specific location is very lacking. JPL Subway been a staple in UTSA for literal decades- I've heard about it from the 90's/early 2000s and it's still a popular spot. There's been decades of service from this location, and yet almost every time I go I have to change my order because ingredients are missing.

They changed what a wrap was. Used to be a spinach Buffalo or flour tortilla type wrap. Now it's the flat square wrap with stuff falling out the bottom when you eat. Lady tried correcting me that this new wrap / flat bread was the wrap. The picture changed on the site as well. Let's just replace them with firehouse subs.
This location is repeatedly only using half the serving sizes for meat given by corporate’s rules and advertising. They’ve even recently blocked the view of the preparation station so you can’t check the amount as it’s being made. Buyer beware!
