They prioritized to go orders over the actual customers.. I get it - they get rated on to go orders.. But, it’s ridiculous. I was the only person in There. Guy was working on orders… Lady came from the back to make mine.. And left.. The guy was making 4 to go orders. I said - Can I pay? I have to go?
I usually love subway. But we found a hair in the sub. And the staff almost did opposite of what I asked for. It took a lot to communicate.
Be very careful. They have a sighn outside that says under new ownership 5.99 footlongs. When you come in to order they don't even have a button to ring up this special. Its deceitful business to get you to come in. Called the Operations manager Enrique and he said they don't have a button for it. Very bad business.
HIRE HELP FOR THE POOR GUY, ONE GUY CANNOT HANLDE THE LUNCH RUSH!
