waited 30 minutes to be helped. i was being backed up by nothing but mobile orders when i was literally physically standing in line. i was also just blatantly ignored when trying to add something to my sandwich. very awful experience. i just waited it through to see how long it would take at that point because it was comically awful. also when i went to get my drink, the soda machine had fruit flies come out of it when i pushed the button. sooo gross 😭😭😭
I recognize that subway might be busy, and things can get a little messy but this was bad. Nasty counters, dead flies under and even in some of the trays. The worker was great about changing gloves and really worked to get fresher looking veggies but overall it was unappealing to be in there seeing that and trying to order a meal.
If I could rate this place a zero I definitely would.. I’m a security officer down the street from here and I like to order Subway for Dinner and I’ve ordered quite a few times and my order is always messed up or something‘s always missing or rotten or sloppy.. Today I decided to go in and order thinking they couldn’t mess it up, but a fly literally landed on my sandwich while she was making it and they just shoo it away 🤮 the tomatoes looked so sloppy like they been sitting there in the heat for hourssss then I see the coo... read more
They prioritized to go orders over the actual customers.. I get it - they get rated on to go orders.. But, it’s ridiculous. I was the only person in There. Guy was working on orders… Lady came from the back to make mine.. And left.. The guy was making 4 to go orders. I said - Can I pay? I have to go?
