July 28 @ 9PM – This Location Is a Joke I always order steak & cheese and PAY for double meat — yet every time, it’s like they’re rationing beef in a famine. Called the store to ask nicely if they could actually put meat in this time, and the guy working (Indian guy, 9PM shift) kept repeating, “you have to pay first,” like I haven’t been doing that every single time. Got the entire order wrong… ruined my dinner by missing stuff in my sandwich! LEARN TO READ
I ordered a sub online. The doordash driver called me and they didn't have what I wanted so I changed it from pork to chicken. Then I waited for an hour when I called the store they said the order was complete. I didn't have a sandwich. I ordered another one through Doordash and I got it pretty quick. They even said my sandwich was there waiting but they wouldn't give it to the driver coming to my house with my second one. The woman did not speak English very well.
