Lady at the counter is soulless, seemed annoyed I was ordering . They didn’t have anything I was asking for and lady didn’t care. Terrible experience. Employee sucked
They told me that's closed, it was 8.13pm. It's an AIRPORT , maybe some people want or need to eat after 8.00pm
Rude and not so bright employees who can't tell time. They couldn't be bothered to serve any food. Seriously they need to walk around with lamps
Absolutely one of the worst experiences for a fast-food restaurant. I looked into the restaurant, debating on whether I should even get in line as I watched the line's speed. I made the decision and entered the line. From there, there was a couple in front of me. They were ordering two sandwiches. Two people were working, not talking to each other. The worst customer service in the airport. Always 5 people standing around but only 1 person working the line. Excessive talking among each other but not helping the customer. Always out of some main or veggie ingredient. Hope they close down and open up a place where workers actually want to give customer service. Waiting 25 mins for a sub is ridiculous
