Recently I had a very disappointing and concerning experience with Subway. I placed an order through the mobile app (Served by: 999997) and went to pick it up. When I opened my sub, I noticed many small hairs concentrated in one specific area of the sub. It didn’t seem accidental since there were far too many hairs in one spot for it to be a coincidence, and the appearance was extremely unsettling. Worker there was miserable anytime I asked for something she sighed and was pissed and it was probably the 2 easiest subs she will make all day.
Walked into this location today about 12:20pm to get a foot long sub. There was one person behind the counter and I didn't know if anyone else was in the bldg. There were 2 people ahead of me and the staff started to make the sub(s) for the first person, then while they were being toasted, she went to the register, touched the keys, handled money, went back and touched the handle on the oven and then added more food to the customer's sub ALL WITHOUT CHANGING HER GLOVES!
