The absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had at Subway in my life. Enter at your own risk. There are other better locations on Yonge Street within 5 mins. This location has a sign that says 8am opening time. They don’t open until 8:30am and instead of being apologetic, the guy immediately said to me “Google says 8:30 ma’am” — great, thanks, how about you change your sign?!?! Have been going to this Subway since it opened. Through elementary school, highschool and University. It is honestly unrecognizable now. Shrinkflation is a real thing here. I picked up a sub the other day for the first time in months and I was surprised at how light the bag was. Stingy portion.

Absolutely disappointed with my recent online order via the Subway app. I ordered one footlong and one 6-inch sandwich, both toasted and grilled, with clear instructions for veggies and extra sauces. What I received was a mess. Both sandwiches had the same sparse amount of vegetables, completely ignoring the size difference. Despite selecting extra sauces, the quantity was barely average and unevenly spread.
