Today I received phenomenal Service from Amy, she was extremely kind and I really enjoyed our conversation. Very understanding and patient. Also my hot shot Italiano sub was delicious as always. Amy is awesome and I hope all the costumer who come to this Subway have the pleasure of being able to meet her!
The food was good. Did not wait in line. It's too long. The place is very dirty. The floor and chairs are very dirty. They don't give you enough napkins. They need more parking places here. It's a difficult place to park here. The neighborhood is good. The price is a little high. It was not crowded here. Customer service is rude there. 🥪🍽🥤
Whoever owns the Subway, your customer service from your employees is hit or miss. I went there today, Tuesday, June 17, 2025 at around 7:20 PM. I ordered a cold cut sandwich and the tall slim girl with dark hair, she doesn’t seem like she likes her job and she seems miserable. She used to be nice but not anymore. Lived up to be a standard Subway store. It was lunch time when I went here, there was a reasonable line. But the two employees performed their task well. It wasn’t that long waiting throughout the process
