Still quite surprising and beyond my understanding that why this Subway has such a low rating. Located in Terra Vista Town Center, this is most probably the largest Subway in Rancho Cucamonga. The inside of this place is fairly clean and nicely decorated. Looks like the maximum occupancy of this place is 20. Today I came to this place to eat lunch. It's 12 PM, its lunch rush and theres only one employee doing everything on her own. There is another employee there, on break or lunch, who knows. But right in the middle of the lunch rush??? And only 2 employees???
Today I received phenomenal Service from Amy, she was extremely kind and I really enjoyed our conversation. Very understanding and patient. Also my hot shot Italiano sub was delicious as always. Amy is awesome and I hope all the costumer who come to this Subway have the pleasure of being able to meet her!
The food was good. Did not wait in line. It's too long. The place is very dirty. The floor and chairs are very dirty. They don't give you enough napkins. They need more parking places here. It's a difficult place to park here. The neighborhood is good. The price is a little high. It was not crowded here. Customer service is rude there. 🥪🍽🥤
