The toaster wasn’t working, we had a coupon and the machine to scan it wasn’t working then we asked if he could do it manually he said no. Customer service was horrible!
An employee was extremely rude to a customer. He insisted on making a sandwich his own way even after I explained there were severe allergy restrictions. He didn’t listen at all. I hope the owner is aware of the type of service being provided. The service was slow, and based on this experience, I would not recommend this place.
The moment we entered Subway, we were greeted by someone who we had never met named Dan. By the time we ordered our food and he answered all of our questions and made our delicious sandwich. We felt like we had known him for years. Our food was amazing. Sandwiches were actually made perfectly the way we requested… he made us feel so welcome, even though we had little requests and tweaks to our sandwiches.
