By far the worst subway location in town! How do you get an order wrong when I'm telling it to you. Employees don't listen , rush the order, make mistakes, then are just rude over the whole process. I'm sorry I came into the restaurant and ya'll had to come out from talking in the back. If I knew it would have been this bad. I would have walked around and made it myself. I'm sure they wouldn't have even noticed I was there.
I placed an order on the website and ordered an 6” BMT with bacon and toasted with a Diet Pepsi and Sun chips. Didn’t receive my Pepsi and also didn’t get the bacon on my sandwich and it wasn’t toasted. I called phone went straight to VM. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING FROM HERE. Wasted my money here. 0 Stars
Rude as employee at the front counter! Ordered online and the order was not done till 15min after the order pick up time. When asked about sandwich she began making at very slow pace on purpose. If you hate your job then quit!
First time at this place and not very impressed. Tables were dirty, floor not swept and chairs white backing dirty with handprints. Toaster over was out of service and so the alternative was to microwave the sandwiches and wraps. Not a good ideal since it made the breads dry and the wraps hard. My sandwich fell apart as my bread crumbled to pieces. There was a limited amount of chips stocked and no medium cups available. Amazing place to eat it is so clean and overal the best employees ever they are kind and always give me extra food in my sandwich these bad reviews are stupid and these people do not understand how hard it is to work in fast food you have to be patient and kind and it can be stressful for the workers when u get mad so I highly recommend this place to eat 😝😝😝
