Staff is extremely unfriendly and rude. Especially Stefania. They do not have any customer service skills and no patience for elderly customers asking questions. Asked for napkins and was refused because they put 2 in the bag for 2 messy subs. Food is good, but need new staff or some serious customer service training.

TL;DR: they put a metal partition around the meats so you can't see them make the sandwich. I believe so they can skip on the meat without you knowing. I've been coming here for about 3 years, every time I come to the casino. They recently added a metal partition, so you can't see the meats, which I thought was weird and didn't like. the lady in the subway is very rude she keeps yelling at the costumer and very loud shes not supoose to talk like that to the costumer
