Incompetent. A disappointment, truly.
Ordered a chicken bacon ranch and the foot long pretzel with cheese. Boy, are these folks stingy with the cheese sauce.
The older caucasian woman with the short cut blonde hair was so rude to me for no reason at all. I asked for a chicken bacon ranch sandwich and she proceeded to put the wrong meat on my sandwich, when I said that is not the meat I wanted she threw it back into its original container and sighed heavily as if I was in the wrong. Went through the drive thru. Got the complete wrong sandwich. So I went back. My fault I should have checked before driving off but it was wrong AGAIN. Waste of 40 minutes. No time to go back again. Order total $15.
This has got to be the slowest subway in America. Lady working the window 7/25 2pm should read a book on teamwork. You really think people have 30 minutes to sit at your window and watch you wander around aimlessly? You should just clock out and go home honestly.
