I am writing to share a recent experience that was very disappointing. I ordered a sub and requested extra pickles, which I understand are a complimentary topping. When I received my order, the extra pickles were not included. Because I am from out of town and staying at an Airbnb without access to additional condiments, I returned to the store to politely ask if more pickles could be added to my sandwich.
