Worst attitude. Staff name is Riz, kept cursing when preparing food, even said "Bodo Melayu" when i asked to pay using tng e wallet
What a poor experience. I travelled all the way from the subway because I wanted to buy a few boxes of the 6pcs cookies for my office colleagues since today is my last day, but the staff didn’t allow me to purchase them and said I had to pre-order first. Quite disappointing, especially after making the trip there with good intentions
Worst subway experience. Way below subway standards. Have been due yards subway fan, however this outlet disappointed to extremes. Non accommodating staff, few veggies not available, and had to argue even to get salt and pepper sprinkled in my toasties — which they ended up not providing stating SOP. The staff has zero empathy and are mechanical. They definitely need more training. I have no idea how one can argue for salt and pepper in a food outlet! If you have a dining option, would recommend not trying this outlet out!
