Your staff are very rude..left the counter without staff..when I call them out ..just shout from inside sekejap sekejap! So rude dude
Ajay who is d person at d counter needs more training on customer service. He wasn’t even considering who comes 1st n simply serve who he prefers. He didn’t bother to smile or even a thank you after handing d receipt. He’s not fit to be at d counter!!!!
Usual subway outlet. The quality is not bad, but seems to be slightly below the usual standard. There is no basin here with water tap. The tables are not cleaned in time. The floor is dirty.
The staff working there named safiq mixed up my order when i paid extra for add on toppings and when i got home i realized i had the wrong order even though the receipt was correct and it was too late to do anything about it.Me and my friend were also told that we can onlu take away and we couldn't dine in because they wanted to clean up even though we weren't really actually in the way or anything we just wanted to sit down in a corner but they said cannot.The service was bad and not so effective or memuaskan sangat pun,jus... read more
