Lived here for about 2 years, but I had to move away due to work. I'm going to miss this hidden gem! Pros: - It's cat-friendly! - Management and maintenance are nice and attentive. They're often ready to help when you reach out to them. - Living somewhere with so many trees and plants was a big plus - Nice walking path nearby, and you're in walking distance to Quarry Lakes! Lived here for almost 3 years. Huge mold issue because the sprinklers we constantly broken and spraying everwhere. In those years I had numerous maintenance issues. On Christmas night the neighbor above me had an issue with his water heater draining into our apartment. I called the so called "emergency" number many times. It took them 2 hours to get back to be because the person on call was at a "Christmas party" per Carina the property manager. My apartment was flooded that night.
