I’ve been a patient in this practice for around 20 years. I have 2 beautiful children and I’ve loved my doctors. But my experience in the last few days with miscarrying, of which I’m still going through has been just awful. Since I first called to seek help for being pregnant at 46, I’ve experienced some ups and downs. Three days ago when I called to report what I’ve felt during my miscarriage, I was told to go to the emergency room if I bled through more than one pad per hour. HIGHLY recommend your establishment stops hiring girls who put other women and children down. Not a good look. Your receptionists in particular, crazy to hire anyone who would put a mother and her child down in a field that they are supposed to do the exact opposite.

I had an extremely traumatic IUD insertion at 16. It still ranks as one of the most traumatic pain and things I’ve ever had to go through. So now I’m 24 and it expired and I knew I needed it removed and a new one reinserted but I was terrified it would be just as painful as the last time. Dr. Fraas always makes me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I loved when I was pregnant that I got to meet each Dr. and NP before delivery. The social Media content is on point. I wish there was a patient portal.
