Had a less than ideal situation with my labor; I loved that Dr Michael was respectful of my wishes and did his best to see to it that we did what we could to keep my original birth plan (an unforeseen emergency came up that required a change). He came highly recommended by a home birth company and it's easy to see why. I hope he never retires - when he does that will be such a sad day!

They canceled my appointment because they were missing paperwork. I was not notified in any way shape or form that paperwork was incomplete. Why didn't you just call me? I got a text notification that my appointment was canceled and I had to take time out of my busy schedule to call them. When I did call, I got an ignorant person on the phone who just kept asking, "What do you want me to do?" Also I’ve never had an appointment canceled due to missing paperwork. My mother was saved by this practice when she was in her younger years and facing complicated female issues that her primary just keep brushing off. I have been with Suburban Women's Health Specialists since I was a teenager and they have always taken wonderful care of me. I am now facing a major surgery and I know that I am in the best hands. I have had only positive experiences. Dr. Epstein (who doesn’t do many office visits anymore) and Dr. Michael each delivered one of my children. I was very sad to hear that I couldn’t meet with Dr. Epstein any longer because he was so kind, so gentle, and he loved to chit chat. However, I also love having Dr. Michael as my doctor. He, too, is kind and gentle. He also listens to concerns that may not be related to gynecology. I have gone here for over 15 years.
