I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I called to make a new patient appointment. I had to call 3 times before I even got an answer.Finally, someone answered and I was told I had to check with my insurance if all 3 doctors are in network because they can't do that for me. My experience with this OB/GYN office was extremely disappointing and, at times, concerning. From my very first appointment, I was never given the opportunity to see a physician. Despite having a history of miscarriage and being in a high-anxiety situation, I was only seen by staff and never a doctor until the day my ultrasound confirmed there was no heartbeat.
