Very disappointed with how this office handles patients experiencing financial hardship. I had an active payment plan and was CURRENT on payments, but was told I could not reschedule a sick appointment until my full balance was paid due to partial or late payments IN THE PAST. The billing department was consistently rude and difficult to work with throughout the process. Great doctors & nurses. Very attentive and good experience having 3 babies.
This was a great experience. I was very anxious and staff was super friendly and supportive. Christina Volkening explained everything to me , she was patient and kind . This is the first time that I actually leave the drs office feeling like I matter . Thank you so much ! God bless you and all your hard work .
I delivered my first child with Dr. Michael and he was alongside my journey the entire time. He is very knowledgeable and just very easy to talk to. He answered all my questions as it was my first child and I didn’t know what to expect. Labor and delivery were soo easy and quick!
