Suburban has replaced 3 of my roofs (different houses) over the course of the last 30-years. The have always completed the work on time, done an outstanding job, and performed the work for a lower cost than anyone else. They also replaced all of the windows on my current home. Beware of this company. We had our roof replaced in April 2021 by Suburban. At the beginning of February 2022, we had a leak inside our house on 2 of our ceilings. After examining our crawl-space attic, we found we had water dripping in, icicles formed, crystallization, and black mold. We immediately called Suburban. The next morning 2 workers arrived and assessed the damage, never once acknowledging the mold. It was determined they would come back in 2 days (Monday) to replace the ridge vents.
