We had a water softener installed a month ago and it has changed our lives. I never realized how much of a difference soft water made. They showed up on time and I swear they left our basement cleaner than how they found it. Thank you Suburban!
Bad customer service! Promised to come back and test water two weeks after they installed a new water softner and never answer their phone or return any calls, tried calling every day for a month. This place is a SCAM! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!
Poor service. Left without finishing the job and damaged the Jet Pump. Is now avoiding returning calls and paying for an emergency service call they caused.
