This is a very nice place, it is worth mentioning that the office staff is very arrogant and lacks kindness, they should change the manager, who only gives out senseless fines, there is no security, it is an area where many teenagers who do not live here enter without respecting the speed limits, the same manager calls "Metro" to take the cars of the same owners of the trailers (being on their properties) because they do not want the cars blocking the entrances being the same ones who are in their entrance with their cars pa... read more

I’ve been living here for 9 years , it was great at the beginning when Mr fisher was managing it , since new management took over now , you get charged random fees every month for water , sewer & property tax fees or amenities…. If you sell your mobile home they make you pay an inspection fee… oh not to mention the worst customer service , they have people at the office with no common sense !

Last UPDATE: 2017 Great place to live. Great trailer park compared to other ones in Lexington and Georgetown. Those ones are way trashier. This one is kept clean. Everything is great but one thing. People think it’s nice to park and block the road when picking up their children from school or when picking up the mail. People have places to go. UPDATE:10/25/22 This place is still kept clean, lots of friendly neighbors. But it has declined in safety over the past 3 years. There has been cases of people coming from other areas ... read more
