One of the absolute worst places to live. Fee after fee after fee they will charge you, make up bs fees as well. They make you pay for tv and internet even if you dont want it. It was a great place to live when it was a small family owned. Lot Rent was $200 when ken fister owned it. Lot Rent is now over $700 since this company bought it from ken fister. Highly recommend finding somewhere else to live
